Deepal has launched the S07 as a fully electric SUV in the Philippines, adding another long-range model to the country’s growing EV market. The unveiling took place at the 2026 Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit, where the brand presented a single rear-wheel-drive variant. Deepal says the S07 can travel up to 500 kilometers from a 79.9kWh battery. The model is not a reservation-only preview: the company has published local pricing and an introductory offer for the first customers who place orders at the summit. Availability, however, remains tied to the launch program and dealer fulfillment.
The S07 produces 255 horsepower and 320Nm of torque, while its battery supports 30-to-80 percent DC fast charging in 15 minutes under the stated conditions. The SUV measures 4,750mm long, 1,930mm wide and 1,625mm tall, with 145mm of ground clearance. Storage includes a 445-liter trunk and a 125-liter frunk, expanding to 1,385 liters with the second row folded. These figures place the S07 in a practical family-SUV class, although real range will vary with speed, load, temperature, traffic and charging behavior.
Inside, the S07 uses a 15.6-inch central display and does not have a conventional instrument panel behind the steering wheel. Deepal also lists leather upholstery, a panoramic sunroof, frameless windows and a power tailgate. Buyers can choose from five exterior colors: Comet White, Lunar Grey, Eclipse Black, Sunset Yellow and Sunset Orange. The design received a Torino Automotive Design Award, according to the launch report. Those features give the S07 a strong equipment story, but after-sales service, parts availability and charging access will matter just as much for Philippine owners.
The official price is P2,448,000, while Deepal is offering a P2,350,000 introductory price to the first 50 customers who place orders at PEVS 2026. The offer is therefore limited by both quantity and event participation, rather than being a permanent nationwide price cut. The S07’s launch adds pressure on established brands to expand electric choices and charging support. For shoppers, the next questions are delivery timing, warranty coverage, home-charging requirements and the cost of public charging after the introductory campaign ends.
