GCash has launchedGSukli, a feature that sends cash change directly to a customer’s GCash wallet. YugaTech reports that the service is now available at Bench branches nationwide, with more Suyen Corporation brands expected to join. Customers paying in cash can provide a registered GCash number and receive change of up to PHP199.99 digitally instead of taking coins or small bills.

Once the transfer is complete, GCash sends an SMS confirmation and the balance can be used for bills, mobile load, money transfers, and online purchases. Customers should confirm the recipient number before completing a transaction and wait for the official confirmation message. GSukli shows how everyday retail payments can gradually connect cash-based shopping with digital-wallet services. Source:YugaTech.
