**Mynt, the parent company of GCash, opens its public share offer today, October 6, 2026.**The retail offer runs through October 12 at a final price of ₱6.60 per share, giving Philippine investors their first opportunity to subscribe to the fintech operator’s shares. Reuters reported that Mynt priced the offering at about ₱53 billion, with an additional-allotment option that could lift proceeds to roughly ₱60.9 billion. The company is scheduled to begin trading on the Philippine Stock Exchange on October 20, subject to the applicable listing process and final allocation.
The opening-day offer is separate from Mynt’s earlier institutional bookbuilding, which Reuters said was oversubscribed several times. The IPO includes primary and secondary shares, while proceeds from the primary portion are intended to support digital-finance growth and product development. Mynt reported first-half 2026 revenue of ₱43.27 billion and net income of ₱10.82 billion in its prospectus. That performance and GCash’s large user base have made the offering one of the most closely watched technology and capital-markets events in the Philippines this year.
Retail investors can review and place eligible subscriptions through GStocks PH in the GCash app. The official GCash Help Center says users should tap Invest, select GStocks PH, open the Mynt IPO banner, review the disclosures, enter a share quantity and complete payment within the required period. A customer needs an eligible GStocks PH account and enough cash in the trading wallet. GCash also warns that a subscription does not guarantee a full allocation, especially if demand exceeds the available shares or orders are waitlisted.
GCash is also offering a limited special-offer window from October 6 to 7 for eligible GStocks PH customers. According to GCash, qualifying subscriptions can receive real-time matching for up to 100 shares, while any amount above that follows the regular allocation process. The 100-share limit is cumulative per customer, not per order or day. The regular offer remains open until October 12, and shares are currently scheduled for crediting on the October 20 listing date if the order is allocated. Investors should read the official disclosures before subscribing.
