Green SM has launchedGreen Limo Indonesia, a six-seat all-electric ride-hailing service designed for families, larger groups, business travelers and passengers with extra luggage. Announced on September 19, 2026, the new service uses the VinFast Limo Green, with Green SM saying 100% of its Green Limo fleet features the three-row vehicle. The company positions it as its third four-wheel offering in Indonesia, following Green Car and Green Premium. Customers can book through Green SM’s Indonesian service ecosystem, while the rollout begins with a major handover program in Jakarta.
The Jakarta rollout is tied to the handover of an initial500 Limo Green vehiclesto pioneering Green SM drivers from September 19 to 29 at the Green SM Kemayoran Depot. The company says the event includes test drives, program consultations and application intake for prospective driver partners. The Limo Green’s three-row cabin is pitched as a roomier option, with automatic air conditioning, dedicated vents for the rear rows, phone charging and air filtration and deodorizing. Green SM also highlights the electric vehicle’s “3 Nos”: no emissions, no fuel odors and no engine noise.
Alongside the taxi launch, Green SM introduced**“Rent a VinFast. Become a Green SM Driver. Be Your Own Boss”**. The Indonesia program lists an initial payment from IDR 2 million and daily rental fees from IDR 254,000, with Limo Green, VF e34/Nerio Green, VF 5/Herio Green and VF 6 among the choices. Subject to applicable conditions, drivers can receive guaranteed daily earnings of up to IDR 400,000 for their first two months and revenue sharing of up to 92%. Other listed incentives include sign-up, brand and operating bonuses, plus free charging at V-Green stations.
For passengers, the introductory offer provides20% off the first Green Limo trip, capped at IDR 50,000, from September 19 through October 3, 2026, or 15 days. The offer’s eligibility and conditions should be checked in Green SM’s Indonesian app or service channels. This is an Indonesia launch, not a Philippine service announcement: the September 19 release does not confirm Green Limo operations in the Philippines. VinFast’s separate April rental announcement covers driver access in both Indonesia and the Philippines, but that broader program should not be treated as proof of Philippine Green Limo availability.
