POCO has launched the X8, X8s and C95 Pro in the Philippines, giving buyers three new choices across the midrange and entry-level smartphone segments. BusinessWorld reports that the X8s starts at PHP24,999, while the X8 starts at PHP23,999 and the C95 Pro starts at PHP13,999. The lineup is timed with a First Day Sale running from Nov. 6 to 15, when the X8 and X8s receive a PHP2,000 discount. That window makes the launch immediately relevant to shoppers comparing holiday-season upgrades and value-focused devices.

The X8s is the performance-oriented option, pairing a 6.35-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with a 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 3,500 nits in supported scenarios. Its cameras include a 50-megapixel main sensor with optical image stabilization, a 50MP telephoto camera and an 8MP ultrawide. Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processing, a 6,330mAh battery and 100-watt HyperCharge complete a specification sheet aimed at users who want gaming, photography and fast charging without moving into flagship pricing.

The regular X8 takes a different value route. It uses a larger 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a silicon-carbon battery rated at 8,340mAh. Its Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 platform, 67W HyperCharge and dual rear-camera system keep the focus on endurance and everyday use. The C95 Pro sits lower in the range with a 7,500mAh battery, 45W turbo charging, a 6.9-inch display and a MediaTek Helio G91-Ultra chip. Those differences make the three phones easier to position by budget and priority.

Philippine buyers should still look beyond the headline specifications before purchasing. Battery size and charging speed matter, but long-term value also depends on software support, service availability, accessory pricing and how comfortably each phone fits a user’s network, camera and gaming needs. The X8s is the clearest choice for performance features, while the X8 emphasizes screen size and endurance. The C95 Pro offers the largest battery at a lower entry price. The First Day Sale may improve the calculation, but buyers should compare the final price with competing midrange models.
